Who is eligible to become an authorized Purple Retailer?
If you are a brick and mortar retailer with a retail store front who is interested in helping people find premier comfort products made from innovative technology (and in an awesome color), then Purple wants to speak to you!
Can I sell Purple products outside the country in which I was authorized to sell?
No. Authorized Purple Retailers are only allowed to sell within the country and territory in which they were approved. This is due to several factors including warranty repair/replacement, international pricing, and customer service.
Does Purple have a Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy?
Yes. Purple requires all authorized Retailers agree to and abide by a MAP policy. Purple reserves the right to terminate any business relationship with companies that violate this agreement.
